Language Arts
Monday:GROUP 1 (Aaron, Cyler, Dylan, Diego and Ray) practiced reading and identifying their sight words flash cards.
DYLAN – will identify and write the sight word ENOUGH three times each, along with a sentence.
CYLER – will identify and write the sight word DOES three times each, along with a sentence.
DIEGO – will practice identifying and write the word ” UP “three times, along with a sentence.
AARON- will practice writing the word “HOW” three times, along with a sentence.
Margaret – will practice identifying and writing the word” To three times along with a sentence.
REYMERES- will practice spelling, tracing and writing his name. He will also practice identifying and writing the letter Aa and words that beginning with the letter A. Reymeres will also practice saying the sound letter Aa makes.
They all will practice reciting and writing their phone number and who they live with. They will also complete two pages in their long vowel word packet.

King will also identify and write the letter Y and words that begin with the letter Y. He will also work on identifying and writing long vowel words.

Monday: Group 1 (Aaron, Cyler, Dylan, Margaret and Ray) will continue learning about money. Today we will review the names and value of each coin. As a way to assess the student’s knowledge on recognition of the name and values they will complete a math worksheet on money.
If there is more time as a class, we will play a math money interactive game on the computer.
Reymeres: will almost practice counting and writing numbers 1-10.
Group 2: (Diego and King) They will practice adding with pictures single digit numbers. They will practice counting and filling numbers 1-50.
SEBASTIAN- will practice matching, pointing and writing numbers 1-10. He will also practice matching the following shapes: triangle, circle, square, rectangle, oval and diamond to its corresponding pair. Sebastian will also practice completing a 6-piece animal puzzle.
Tuesday: Group 1 (Aaron, Cyler, Dylan, Margaret and Ray) will continue learning about money. Today we will play a coin value game. I will show the class a coin and they will have to name the coin and write the value with the cent symbol. They will write their answers on a dry erase board.
If there is more time as a class, we will play a math money interactive game on the computer.

Group 2: (Diego and King) They will practice adding with pictures single digit numbers. They will practice counting and filling numbers 1-50.
SEBASTIAN- will practice matching, pointing and writing numbers 1-10. He will also practice matching the following shapes: triangle, circle, square, rectangle, oval and diamond to its corresponding pair. Sebastian will also practice completing a 6-piece animal puzzle.
Wednesday: Group 1 (Aaron, Cyler, Dylan, Margaret and Ray) will continue learning about money. We will play a matching coin to value game.
If there is more time as a class, we will play a math money interactive game on the computer.

SEBASTIAN- will practice matching, pointing and writing numbers 1-10. He will also practice matching the following shapes: triangle, circle, square, rectangle, oval and diamond to its corresponding pair. Sebastian will also practice completing a 6-piece animal puzzle.
Thursday: Group 1 (Aaron, Cyler, Dylan, Margaret and Ray) will continue learning about money. We will watch a video on identifying coins and their values. Students will be interactive writing the names of the coins that appears on the video, along with their values.
If there is more time as a class, we will play a math money interactive game on the computer.

They will continue working on these skills upon mastering. Each student needs to practice on different life skills. Extra Time: The students will work on toolboxes.

Social Skills
Monday: We will play a name / about me game. Students will throw the ball to a friend and say their name and then answer a question about themselves. Example: What is your favorite color ?
Tuesday: Students will play popcorn with the parachute as a class.
Wednesday: Students will take turns playing on the gym scooters. They will practice waiting and taking turns.
Thursday: Students will play duck duck goose as a class. They will practice waiting and following directions.
Friday: Students will play freeze dance. They will practice listening and following directions.
Art
Monday: Students will make an earth flower in celebration of Earth week.
Tuesday: Students will free draw to relaxing music, after having yoga.
Wednesday: Students will have art class with Mr. Hansel.
Thursday: Students will paint a heart green and blue to resemble the earth.
Friday: Happy Earth Day! Students will watch a video explaining what Earth Day is and why it is so important to keep the earth clean. Students will make an Earth puppet.

Sebastian: He will listen to the story Pam’s Jam.
